All acrylic standee (including base) come with protective films on both side. If your charm looks scratched or faded, please make sure to peeling off the film, it should be damage-free.
Cleaning: Wipe down with slightly damp paper towel, or microfiber cloth (recommended). Do not use alcohol or bleach, as they will damage the acrylic or artwork.
