All acrylic charm come with protective films on the non-glitter/non-epoxy side. If your charm looks scratched or faded on the non-glitter/non-epoxy side, please make sure to peeling off the film, it should be damage-free.
Cleaning: Wipe down with slightly damp paper towel, or microfiber cloth (recommended). Do not use alcohol or bleach, as they will damage the acrylic or artwork.
